This Agreement is the service arrangement between Xianxian Trade (the "Platform") and enterprises / business entities applying for listing (the "Listed Party"). By submitting a listing application, uploading materials and checking consent to this Agreement, the Listed Party confirms that it has fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms herein, and both parties reach mutual consent.
1. The Platform provides free company-profile display services for local factories, foreign-trade enterprises and producers in Xianxian, including company information entry, main-product display, township directory inclusion and forwarding of buyer inquiries. This basic listing service is permanently free: the Platform charges no listing fee, upload fee, annual fee or transaction commission, and does not force paid promotion, paid ranking or paid verification.
2. If the Platform later introduces optional paid value-added services (e.g. top placement, featured recommendation, thematic promotion), prices and service content will be published separately; the Listed Party chooses voluntarily, and such services are never tied to basic listing eligibility.
3. The Platform only provides information display and request-forwarding intermediary services. It does not participate in business negotiation, contract signing, payment, sample delivery or logistics between the Listed Party and buyers, and provides no transaction, quality or performance guarantee.
1. The Listed Party must be a legally registered enterprise or individual business with corresponding production/business qualifications. All submitted materials — business license, production qualifications, product images, introductions and contact details — must be true, lawful and valid.
2. The Listed Party authorizes the Platform to conduct formal review of submitted materials. The Platform only checks format and does not perform on-site factory audits, capacity verification or export-record verification. Published profiles are marked "Self-reported · Not verified by this site".
3. When information changes (address, contact person, phone, main products, qualification expiry, etc.), the Listed Party shall proactively update it in the dashboard or notify the Platform by email. If qualifications are cancelled or revoked, or business ceases, the Listed Party must proactively apply to take the profile offline.
1. The Listed Party may display lawful product information, receive buyer inquiries, and decides independently whether to engage, quote or negotiate orders.
2. The Listed Party warrants that published content does not violate laws or regulations: no false advertising, exaggerated capacity, counterfeit goods, infringement or prohibited content; no impersonation of other companies' qualifications, trademarks or factory photos; no fraud, harassing advertising or steering to illegal channels via the Platform.
3. The Listed Party bears full intellectual-property responsibility for all text, images, videos, trademarks and product information it publishes. In case of trademark, image or copyright disputes, all liability rests with the Listed Party, who shall compensate the Platform for any losses caused.
4. The Listed Party shall engage with buyer inquiries in good faith, without malicious harassment of buyers, and must not publish low-price bait or fraudulent order-taking behaviors.
5. The Listed Party keeps its dashboard account credentials secure. All operations under the account are deemed acts of the Listed Party; risks of information leakage or tampering from account compromise are borne by the Listed Party.
1. The Platform provides information display and request-forwarding services per this Agreement and endeavors to keep the site accessible, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. For brief downtime or data anomalies caused by maintenance, network failure, hacking or force majeure, the Platform will repair within a reasonable time and is not liable for the Listed Party's economic losses.
2. The Platform may conduct compliance patrols of profiles and product information. Where false information, impersonated qualifications, illegal or infringing content is found, the Platform may remove information, suspend accounts and delete profiles directly without prior notice.
3. The Platform may upgrade site layout, display styles and functions; changes are published site-wide without individual notice to the Listed Party.
4. The Platform protects non-public contact information submitted by the Listed Party, never selling or renting it for marketing; it is disclosed only when the Listed Party opts to publish it or when judicial authorities lawfully request it.
1. All listed company profiles serve only as reference leads for buyers seeking supply sources. The Platform provides no substantive endorsement of capacity, product quality, delivery capability, credit or qualification validity. All transaction risks, quality disputes, payment disputes and cross-border trade risks between buyers and Listed Parties are handled by the transacting parties; the Platform bears no joint or compensatory liability.
2. The Listed Party acknowledges that the Platform does not guarantee receipt of inquiries and does not promise orders, transaction volume or amounts. No compensation claims may be made against the Platform on the ground of not receiving inquiries.
1. The Listed Party may email its business license and a removal request at any time; the Platform will take the public profile offline upon receipt. A small record is retained in the backend for compliance.
2. In the following cases the Platform may unilaterally delete the profile and terminate the listing service:
(1) Submitting false qualifications or impersonating another company;
(2) Repeatedly publishing violating, infringing or false-advertising content;
(3) Being placed under investigation by market-regulation, public-security or other authorities for major violations;
(4) Using the Platform for fraud, harassment or other conduct harming buyers or the Platform's reputation.
1. The Listed Party warrants that uploaded images, videos, text and trademarks are lawfully licensed and may be publicly displayed on the Platform.
2. Copyright of the site's layout, section architecture and textual descriptions belongs to Xianxian Trade. Bulk scraping, mirroring or theft of Platform system content is prohibited.
The Platform may revise this Agreement per laws, regulations and operational needs. Updated versions are published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the listing service constitutes acceptance of the new version.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring litigation before the Xianxian People's Court.
