Xianxian Trade is a free industrial information directory platform serving overseas and domestic buyers, local factories in Xianxian, and foreign-trade enterprises. The site provides township industry introductions, a source-factory directory, product search and industrial-cluster reference. Buyers may send sourcing requests to factories listed on the platform; the site only forwards such inquiry information to the corresponding companies. Local factories may submit free listing applications and build public company profiles for buyers to search. The site does not sell paid rankings, does not provide paid verification, does not charge listing fees, does not participate in offline transactions, does not provide payment escrow, and does not charge transaction commissions.
Accessing, browsing, registering or submitting a listing application means you have fully read, understood and agreed to all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please stop using this site.
Pages on this site indicate the source and verification level of information. Different information carries different degrees of verification:
1. Township / county industrial data: sourced from public government industry materials and public statistics, provided only as industrial reference leads. Industry descriptions and export categories are compiled by the platform and do not represent official conclusions.
2. Company profiles fall into three source types
Public sources: taken from business-registry publications, government public directories and companies' official websites, with source and verification date noted;
Media / association sources: compiled from industry reports and public directories of industry associations;
Self-reported: submitted by companies themselves, marked "Self-reported · Not verified by this site". The platform does not substantively review the authenticity of self-reported information.
The platform does not guarantee that all company information is up to date. Companies' operating status, capacity, products and export qualifications may change at any time. Before engaging, buyers must independently verify the other party's business license, production qualifications, product quality and performance capability.
Some images and industrial illustrations on this site are atmospheric illustrations of the relevant industries and are not actual photos of the corresponding factories.
1. When you submit a sourcing request, the site only forwards it to the corresponding factory and does not disclose your full contact details to factories; factories obtain your contact information via the platform page and decide independently whether to respond.
2. The site does not guarantee that factories will reply. Quotation, samples, contracts, payment, delivery and after-sales are negotiated directly between buyer and factory; the site does not intervene in transactions and bears no responsibility for transaction outcomes.
3. All trade, quality and payment risks are borne by the transacting parties.
1. Listing is entirely free of charge. The platform performs basic checks against public information and may confirm a company's authenticity by phone. Inclusion has nothing to do with payment; paid ranking and paid verification are refused.
2. If a company finds its information on the platform inaccurate or outdated, or wishes to take its profile offline, it may email: company name, page link, correction details and business-license supporting materials. The platform will amend or remove the profile after verification.
3. Where fraudulent impersonation or illegal/non-compliant information is found, the platform may take the profile offline directly without prior notice.
By using this site you undertake to comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China:
1. Do not submit false company materials or list under another company's name;
2. Do not use this site to send fraud, fake sourcing requests or harassing advertisements;
3. High-frequency crawling that disrupts normal access to the site is prohibited;
4. Do not impersonate Xianxian Trade to charge fees, provide commercial guarantees or issue certification. The site has never authorized any third party to conduct such activities.
For violations, the platform may restrict access, delete content and cancel profiles.
1. Copyright of the site's text, page layout and section architecture belongs to Xianxian Trade. Full mirroring or large-scale reproduction of site content without written permission is prohibited.
2. Trademarks, product images and company introductions on pages belong to the respective companies; the platform's use is for industrial information display only and does not imply cooperation with or endorsement of any company.
3. If you believe any page infringes your rights, email proof of ownership together with the page link; the platform will handle it promptly.
1. All information services on this site are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for transaction purposes.
2. For temporary interruption or data anomalies caused by hacking, network failure, server maintenance, force majeure, etc., the platform will repair within its capability, but is not liable for direct or indirect economic losses arising therefrom.
3. All commercial disputes and property losses arising from contacting factories through this site shall be resolved by the transacting parties; Xianxian Trade bears no compensation, guarantee or joint liability.
4. External links are the responsibility of the third-party websites; the platform is not responsible for their content.
1. The platform may update these Terms at any time; updates are published on this page with the update date at the top. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, litigation shall be brought before the people's court where Xianxian County is located.
